Objective

We want to give a live, on-going example of how a business should use the internet for marketing, the benefits of utilizing the internet vs. old marketing, and to show the value of our services to a business. We will actively blog about this entire process and show on-going results so you can see the entire story and not some fluffy sales pitch about how great a solid website can be for you. One company will be selected for this contest while all the other entries will be offered a 50% discount off of our Business Managed Website Services package.

Qualifications

Any business that is looking to improve their online pressence and marketing that can benefit from our Business level Managed Website Services package. Company must be under 10million dollars in revenue a year. Call for entries: December 12, 2011 through January 31, 2012. Process

Some information about the process we will use to show you where we started, how we put a plan together, the new marketing initiative (new website, social media and search engine optimization), and then on-going measurement of what increased and improved.

Measure
We will take a look at the traffic reports of the website (if the company has been tracking), which is the only way to measure the sucess of a markeitng plan. This will give us a benchmark of where we started. If the company is using Social Media, we will take a look at those stats as well.

Research
What is going on in your industry that we can improve on and use to help develop your marketing message on the internet through your website and social media. This is also the phase where we start to build the wireframes and design ideas.

Plan
Put together our game plan with the website, social media profiles and SEO (which is a direct reflection of the content being used on the website). This will also give you a good idea of what's going to happen over the next 10 months that we will be doing for you.

Develop Project
Start building everything!

Implementation
Turning everything on live and announcing the big new changes.

Social Media
Start engaging users through the Social Media profiles on Twitter and Facebook. Social Media is a great tool to help control your marketing message, engage users and an effective way to help spread the word about your company and services.

SEO
Search Engine Optimization - the process to get your website listed on Google, Yahoo and Bing while improving your site results for an organic search. If a user searches for a keyword that describes your business, you want to be found. Google, Yahoo and Bing are replacing Yellow Pages, so being found on them is very important moving forward in business.

Measure
We will continue to measure the traffic that is being driven to your website to see if our approach is working. If we do not see improvements, we will adjust our approach to get better results than what we started with.
