Now that users have become familiar with Timeline for their new profile, companies with Brand Pages have been wondering if they'll see the same change. Facebook has kept it quiet but back in the middle of December Mashable wrote a story about the speculation. Although a rep from Facebook could not say exactly what a Timeline Page will look like he did say, "the article Mashable wrote about it is very much on target."
Here are some highlights from some information we did find out from Facebook:
Timeline will be launching for brand pages sometime next month
Icons under the cover photo will be tabs
A photo will be associated with the tab icon
There will be a cover photo
A brand will have the opportunity to “feature” updates
Currently you can choose if the brand page defaults to the wall or another tab
This may not be the case with a timeline brand page
